Traditionally dried under the summer sun by our local producers in the Bekaa Valley, the sweet red peppers "Dulce Italiano" are then combined with sundried tomatoes and grapeseed oil to make a spreadable and creamy paste.
Excellent source of Vitamin B, C and E, the red pepper paste and sundried tomato condiment is also rich in antioxidants.
Store in a cool, dry place before opening.
Store between 0°c and +4°c after opening.
This condiment can be used as a base for shrimp sauces or as a base for salad dressings and spreads.
Mixed with cream cheese or in remoulade, diluted with olive oil, this paste will enhance the taste of all your dishes.
