Join us for a hands-on workshop focused on making fluffy croissants and viennoiseries from scratch. We will teach you how to prepare a laminated dough, as well as perfecting your rolling, shaping and proofing skills. At the end of class, you'll go home with an array of delicious croissants and Danish pastries.
