This course offers a comprehensive study of kunafeh, one of the most iconic Lebanese desserts heritages. Instruction will emphasize the technical aspects of working with kataifi pastry from scratch, semolina bases, clarified butter, and diverse fillings such as cheese and ashta.
By the end of the course, participants will demonstrate proficiency in the preparation of kunafeh, articulate its cultural significance, and critically evaluate adaptations that respect tradition while embracing modern culinary creativity.
